Terms and Conditions

  1. Rate and Other Charges

    2. Chargeable rates verbally quoted are confirmed by e-mail to the customer. The customer shall agree acceptance of the rates quoted and Terms and Conditions supplied. Travelling costs are charged at the flat rate or 40p per mile for distances of more than five miles of KT13.

  2. Payment Terms

    3. Payment for consultancy/training services provided priced by the half-day, full-day, hour or part thereof, is due on receipt. Payment may be made by cheque or electronic transfer.

  3. Cancellation

    4. All hours booked are chargeable unless at least 3 working days (ie Monday to Friday) notice of cancellation is given, 100% of fees will be due where notice is not received.

  4. Data

    5. The Client is responsible for their data and must ensure that a Backup is taken prior to any training and that 'live' data is restored when required. No responsibility can be accepted for corrupt data. It is recommended that client's perform a 'Data Check' on a regular and timely basis. Any comments, warnings or errors detected by the file checking software are the responsibility of the client.

  5. Data Entry on Behalf of Client

    6. Able Accounts can not accept any responsibility for the integrity of the Client's data supplied for entry on their behalf. It is the Client's responsibility to ensure that all the necessary records are made available and to verify the data entered on their behalf by Able Accounts.

  6. Preparation

    7. It is the Client's responsibility to prepare any agreed requirements for data, backup, printouts, reports etc prior to consultancy/training. The subsequent preparation of data, backups, printouts, reports etc not completed, which delays or prevents the consultancy/training from being carried out, will be included as chargeable time.

  7. Intellectual Property Rights

    8. Any documentation given to the client during consultancy and/or training is the property of Able Accounts. All rights are reserved. The exclusive right to authorise or prohibit the direct or indirect, temporary or permanent reproduction of this material by any means and in any form, in whole or in part, and to make available to the public, and to distribute any copyright protected material shall remain with Able Accounts. You agree not to copy, adapt, alter or create any derivative work from any material
